Bio Summary Judith Kolberg, originally from Levittown, New York, earned her Sociology degree at the State University of New York in 1975. As a paid political activist and an office administrator, Judith became convinced of the value of organizing to achieve any of life’s goals and founded FileHeads Professional Organizers in 1989. A pioneer in the area of chronic disorganization, she wrote Conquering Chronic Disorganization, founded the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization and served as its director for seven years. She is a long-time member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, receiving their prestigious Founder's Award and currently is the Association’s Director of Professional Development. Judith has brought organizing skills to hundreds of individuals with attention deficit disorder and co-authored ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life with Dr. Kathleen Nadeau. She is breaking new ground combining organizing with disaster preparedness in her latest book Organize For Disaster. Judith resides in Atlanta, Ga.
