Bio Summary
Mike Pemberton, CRM, has been a faculty member in information management at two universities and has also served as a librarian, an archivist, a records manager, and a consultant. For the last thirty years, he has been a faculty member of the School of Information Sciences (SIS) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He teaches courses in records and archives management, archives management, corporate librarianship, knowledge management, and the management of information organizations. He is the Executive Editor of the Information Management Journal, ARMA International’s professional journal. In fact, RIMs have much to offer in areas where our ethics and values intersect with those emerging in management circles. Identifying and pursuing the support of organizational values can clarify our roles and value to senior management. |
